My Parents Roger & Juanita Belanger purchased a home from your dealer in Northern Maine, Riverview Homes. They have waited anxiously for their modular home to come in and did so without knowing for sure how their decision to purchase a Kent home would work out. There was allot of things working against most noteworthy was the impending arrival of the heaviest snow bound December in recent years.
Ice storm came and went, the home finally made it to Fort Kent and through sub zero weather Leon & Sue Voisine and their crew labored to get the home on the foundation and buttoned up so that the contractors could began the long process of converting the structure into a home!
What could have been a long brutal tedious struggle of homeowner, contractors and dealers occupying a modest floor plan all at the same time because one of the happiest experiences of mine and my parents lives. Leon & Sue went out of their way to address all my parents questions & concerns, and at times I know they had no less that 4-5 other projects in the works. They ALWAYS treated my parents as though they were family! Matter of fact Leon & Sue bent over backwards to address concerns and do everything in their power to ensure that their new purchase met their expectations. And it has, it has exceeded their expectations and more important is the personal and professional manner in which Leon and Sue took care of their every need.
I can't say enough. I could go on and on. Let me just say that your dealer in Northern Maine represents you with great professionalism and with a personal touch that would be hard to duplicate in any other location and I am so happy that my parents will be able to enjoy the final years in such a wonderful home!
